Super Smash Bros...online?
Me and my best friend were talking, and we were discussing about the Nintedo revolution. Yes, the one with the funny controls. And we were talking about how you download the games from the internet, as said in an article we were reading. So we started to speculate. If you can download games online from your nintendo, is it possible to play others online?
Would love to play you all at Super Smash bros.
What do you guys think?

Actually, I think I read just that in an article. I'll try to track it down.
It was actually talking about how the Revolution would make use of it's wi-fi adapter allowing players to connect through a wireless router for free online play, or something like that, and specifically cites the upcoming Revolution super smash brothers title.

You live in California?
All I know is that San Francisco is trying to get a city wide free Wi-Fi as well.

All I know is that Nintendo better come with something more than online SSBM before I'll shell out for the Rev. I'm not buying their gimmick unless they bring something serious to the table.

SSBM online sounds extremely serious to me. And calling something new "gimmicky" just makes you look like a fanboy, just say that you don't like the idea.

I think the fact that several reputable third party studios are not committing to the Rev yet speaks volumes. Until the big N can offer a little bit more as proof of concept, the best thing that describes it is "gimmick".
I never said that it wasn't going to be good, but based on what I see so far, I can't come to that conclusion yet.
